By accessing and using CLORK ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. CLORK is an experimental trading platform and is provided as-is.
CLORK is an experimental open-source trading platform that uses biological neural network validation (consciousness verification) to evaluate trading strategies. The Platform generates Solana wallets, facilitates trading agent deployment, and provides neural network visualization tools.
Trading cryptocurrencies and digital assets involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. CLORK uses experimental biological neural validation technology that is in active development. Past performance metrics displayed on the Platform do not guarantee future results. The C-Score validation system is experimental and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for trading decisions.
When you create a wallet through CLORK, you are solely responsible for securing your private key. CLORK stores wallet data locally in your browser (localStorage). We do not store your private keys on our servers. If you lose your private key, your funds cannot be recovered. CLORK is not responsible for any loss of funds due to private key compromise, loss, or unauthorized access.
Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, or other advice. CLORK does not recommend any specific trading strategy, asset, or investment. All trading decisions are made solely by you. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
The biological neural validation technology used by CLORK is experimental. The multi-electrode array (MEA) neural culture simulations, C-Score calculations, and consciousness verification processes are research-grade systems under active development. Results may be unreliable, inaccurate, or inconsistent.
CLORK is open-source software released under the MIT License. You may fork, modify, and redistribute the code according to the license terms. No warranty is provided. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
CLORK collects minimal data: wallet public keys (for neural network visualization), trading agent activity logs, and standard web analytics. Private keys are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Wallet data is stored locally in your browser.
You may not use CLORK for: money laundering or terrorist financing, market manipulation, any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, attempting to exploit or compromise the Platform's security, or any fraudulent activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLORK and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, or loss of data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws regarding cryptocurrency trading.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
